MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS

What are your opening hours?

The nursery is open Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm. We have a range of full day, ½ day, term time and flexible sessions available.

Are you open all year round?

We are closed bank holidays and one week over Christmas. You will not be charged for days nursery is closed.

How do I pay my fees?

All fees are payable in advance, either by cash, cheque, direct debit or card payment. All fees are payable even if your child does not attend, for example due to sickness or other absence.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes the nursery accepts a range of childcare vouchers; please discuss this with the nursery.

My child is sick do I still have to pay?

Yes all sessions are payable whether your child attends or not.

Do you accept 2 year funding?

Yes we do, once you have received your letter showing your URN number, we can offer your child a place subject to availability.

Do you accept 3 and 4 year funding?

Yes we do, all children are entitled to 15 hours of free nursery education from the term after they turned 3.

How do I arrange a visit?

If you wish to arrange a visit, please contact the nursery, either by telephoning or emailing, to arrange a mutually convenient time for you and your child to visit.
